Description: TOP 19 tips to get a bigger butt at nowloss.com/how-to-make-your-butt-bigger.htm If you are unable to work out with weights then do workout D here at nowloss.com/workouts-to-get-a-bigger-butt.htm for a butt workout for a bigger butt without using weights at all. But if you do have weights then the best thing you can do to get a bigger butt as fast as possible is to use weights that are heavy enough to force you to only do about 6-12 reps or 6-15 reps per set. Go to nowloss.com/how-to-make-your-muscles-get-bigger-stronger.htm or watch youtube.com/watch?v=t8fwrIp-tuM if you hate to read for why it is like this but the main reason why you need to use a heavy weight to keep you in the 6-12 rep range is because in order for your butt to get bigger it must get stronger so... If you use the same amount of weight, reps and/or sets each time you work out then your butt will get any stronger or more importantly your butt just will not get that much bigger which is what you really want so with that said... Make sure you keep a training log or some type of workout log to track how much weight you used, the number reps along with the number of sets you have done. Training logs will help you beat your last workout by telling you how much more in weight, sets and/or reps) you need to do to progressively make your butt get bigger and bigger. Expect to see results or changes in your butt size or appearance about every 2 to 4 weeks. If you are not seeing results in that time period then more than likely you will first need to check to see if your form or exercise form is correct and then make sure you are using enough weight and lastly check your diet especially see if you are eating enough protein or making protein 25 to 50 percent of your diet. Now too much attention has been put on using too light of a weight but If you pick a weight where you can’t do at least 5-6 reps in a row then the weight is generally going to be way too heavy to give you the bigger butt you want. Too heavy of a weight will prevent you from using proper form and at that point you are more of working the weight instead of actually working the muscle. I’m not saying YOU have to use over 300 pounds but YOU DO need to find a weight that is heavy enough FOR YOU to make YOU only do 6-12 reps per set and that could be something as low as your own body weight or something as heavy as 400 pounds. Now its going to take some trial and error on your part to find the perfect amount of weight that’s going to only allow you to do 6-12 reps per set for a bigger butt *************************************** I'm Adrian Bryant & I'm the guy who created NowLoss.com to help you look good naked.
