Description: TikTok are continuously removing my videos and specifically my livestreams due to my Tourette’s Syndrome. You see, I understand that more than often, my tics can be offensive, and breach TikTok's’ “Terms and Conditions”. However caused by my Tourette's, I suffer with the Tourette's “Add-On”, if you will, called Coprolalia, which causes me to say and shout inappropriate and derogatory remarks. I have absolutely no control over this as it is completely and absolutely involuntary. I only properly started my TikTok page a couple of weeks ago (if that), and have received numerous content violation warnings and have had videos removed. This is not on… This is not fair. And to be frank. It is illegal! It is discriminatory. TikTok does not have the right to ban my live streams and remove my videos, of which I am merely trying to express my feelings and spread Tourette's Syndrome awareness worldwide. I have amassed over 260,000 followers within just a week or so, and not to be forgotten; Hundreds of messages on my social media accounts in regards to people reaching out to me for my help, whether they suffer with Tourette’s Syndrome, another disability, knows somebody who needs help, or just wants somebody to talk to, and even moreso, people that are literally suicidal. I have saved peoples’ lives just from creating content on this platform. I am unsure if there is any kind of procedure that TikTok can implement onto my account, of which could potentially not have my videos and live streams removed, merely because it has received a number of reports; evidently from people that do not understand the severity of my disability, and automatically have them banned and removed. Instead I plead that TikTok must manually review my live streams and posts as opposed to being automatically removed by their computer based bots. *** I am aware that TikTok has an automatic banning system, for video posts and live streams. Posts and live streams will get taken down and/or banned if any kind of content is reported by other people for “hate speech”, etc, a specific amount of times: And that is placed by a computer based bot automatically when a TikTok user has received numerous reports. It is not manually reviewed by a person. You can only request a manual review from a human if a video post it taken down for “community guideline violations. However, with live streams, TikTok just it bans/removes them. I was only on live for a maximum of 5 minutes a few days ago before receiving a ban. Live streams are where I acquire the majority of my followers, and it is crucial that I am able To continue with them. As you know, streams can not be reviewed by an actual human. As of right now, anyway. *** Kind regards, - Jack Francis
