Description: Penny, our newest board and train dog is with us for a host of issues. She has a history of attacking her owners any time they try to kennel her up or touch her collar. We see dogs like this all the time, and it really just boils down to the fact that Penny is protesting. She knows biting and baring teeth works (what human would challenge that?!) so she just keeps doing it to get her way. It's become a self rewarding behavior for her. Penny will be with us for six weeks, but this video shows you the first couple of protocols we will be working on before we progress with her training. She needs to be comfortable in the muzzle so that we can begin our counter-conditioning process of touch, click, reward.
