Description: Not only did this couple build this really cool, simple, a-frame cabin, but its now up for sale! With less than 80 square feet of interior living space, this cabin was lived in for about a half a year while making use of an external deck, an outdoor kitchen cabana, and a nearby bathroom. Add in a double bed, a desk/work area, some storage/shelving, and a little heater, and the basics of living were covered. I've long been fascinated with simple a-frame cabins as many of you know, and thought it would be fun to allow this one to be featured as a guest video tour when I spotted it on Facebook marketplace (again, for sale). Fully insulated with R-20 fiberglass. Corrugated metal roof. Full electrical hookup with 4 outlets and an indoor and outdoor light. Pine shiplap interior. Cedar shingle exterior. Water tight. Lived in intermittently over past year as well as used as guest room. Warms easily in winter with very small space heater included with the tiny. Cools easily with window AC included with the tiny. There is no kitchen or bathroom inside. However we had a mini fridge inside and a boat pump sink outside of it for the past 2 years. Sink and mini fridge included.
