Description: Part 23 for Thrushsong's MAP! This is an OC MAP, so I featured Lilium, the girl, and Napaeus, the satyr. Napaeus--or Pae, as Lilium calls him--was assigned as her guide and protector. Although their relationship started rather toxic, they became close brother and sister to one another. One day, a dragon terrorized the castle, and Lilium, caught in close proximity to the beast, briefly experienced sight. Right afterwards, the dragon fled, and Lilium believed that her sight and the dragon were connected somehow. Napaeus began to research monsters, magic, and curses, relaying as much as possible to Lilium. Receiving no support from her parents on solving the matter, the pair take it into their own hands, sneaking out of the castle to chase down the dragon and discover the mystery of her sight. In this clip, Pae recognized a field the pair had previously stumbled upon at the beginning of their journey. Now adults, he couldn't help but reminisce and feel a sense of pride for how much he and Lilium had grown, and how far their journey had already taken them.
