Description: A phone call after what I received in the mail changes everything. I'm coming to the reality that there's no way that YouTube would ever be a career option for me considering my age and boring life making videos by myself so taking a break from my business has put me deeper in debt and this was a big mistake. I feel like I may have been overly optimistic about my financial future. A good parent prioritizes things that are in the best interest of their family so such parent will do what it takes to keep a roof over everyone's head. This is one of the reasons why had to limit my time on YouTube so I can focus on my real jobs including my own business I own and operate. I have been way too overly optimistic on the potential future of YouTube in regards to it being both a career and hobby and it has caused me to take a temporary break from my business and after looking at my income since the start of this month I have seen a 50% cut. Seems like it is getting worse and the harder I try with YouTube the more it is failing. My Patreon revenue which supports my YouTube hobby and music production was cut by 60 percent which is heart breaking. I cannot launch my new music idea on $37 a month considering that I'm lacking a piece of equipment that makes it possible to transfer all my music into digital media while retaining high quality sound. I have goals set at $1,500 a month to make magic happen with my music production. It costs money to do it right when it comes to intellectual rights and distribution of music. Just when I thought things were getting bad I got this in the mail and then a phone call about this. I have been fooling myself thinking that I'm going to be able to trade my Tesla in for the new Corvette and take on more car payments. Join my Patreon to help get my music production going! patreon.com/DevotedFamilyDad The last thing I would sell is my music equipment since I am putting a lot of hope in faith into my musical talents. Unfortunately I am walking some equipment needed for digital distribution. I want to make sure the quality of the music is as good as it sounds in person when it is copying onto digital media and distributed. Here is full transparency... I am so eager to take my musical talent to the next level but I need to reach my Patreon goals of $1,500 a month and currently I am under $38 a month which is about half of what it was last month. I am currently lacking a crucial piece of digital equipment which is the Tascam DA-3000 High Res Stereo Master PCM/DSD Recorder - AD/DA Converter which has a price of $1,482 after sales taxes. Taking shortcuts in digital media distribution is not an option for those who deserve the best. It takes money to make it all official. When it comes to music production it's best to never take shortcuts and use cheap equipment they give you cheap sounding results. When you have a musical talent embrace it and make the best of it and save up for that piece of equipment that would best represent the musical talent that you have. I wanna make sure I have the best to offer in regards to sound quality and I've been looking around for the right kind of equipment. There are other options other than what I have listed here but this is a starting point. I was trying to make it work with what I have and that's great if you're standing in the studio listening into the music in real time what a different story when you try to transfer it to to digital media. Become a member to access a side of me you wont find much of on YouTube while helping me bring you the best in music and entertainment! patreon.com/DevotedFamilyDad Considering the recent circumstances I've been so focused on trying to stay above water financially that I haven't had the free time to produce music or make YouTube videos but in the recent five days I decided to take a week break from my business so I can dedicate more time to my music endeavors in the YouTube hobby. I'm very concerned that this is causing more damage to my financial future by not prioritizing work before hobbies that a could be potential careers.
