Get ready and you'll love it. #shorts #recipe #shortrecipe ⬇️ Ingredients ⬇️ 1kg of pork belly ½ tbsp of salt 1 cubes of fermented red beancurd ½ tbsp of 5 spice powder ½ tbsp of coarse sea salt ½ tbsp of ground white pepper ½ tbsp rice wine Rice vinegar (for brushing over skin) Steps: Mix in a bowl fermented red beancurds, 5 spice powder, salt, ground white pepper and rice vinegar. Wash & pat dry pork belly. Using pricker, poke as many holes as possible on pork belly skin. This ensures a crackling skin. Rub coarse sea salt onto skin. Apply paste on the underside of pork belly. Marinate in the fridge overnight, uncovered, drawing out moisture from skin. Once marinated, wrap pork belly in aluminium foil, leaving the top open, and place in air fryer. Air fry for 30 mins at 200 °C Remove pork belly and aluminum foil. Air fry pork belly without aluminium foil for another 20 mins at 200 °C ---- P.S.
