Description: On the last day of the "Unbreak Myself" cycling camp we hit up the group ride "RAINCROSS". Its a fast crit style group ride and was a great way to test the legs after all are PT work. This 5 day cycling camp was designed to get my body and fitness back on track and in under 8 weeks, we are there! After doing the group ride raincross, its pretty clear why socal bros are so good at crits. The stop start bump smash style is how they train everyday, it was crazy but super fun. Tim from Socal Bike PT has been amazing to help me recover as quickly as humanly possible.
