Description: Super Soft & Fluffy Galic Cheese Buns (Homebake Squishy & Soft Garlic Mozzarella Cheese Buns) Subscribe youtu.be/7Bj67s2x1H0 Ingredients (12 buns in 220x220mm tray) (A) Yeast mixture:- 1. 155g (1/2+1/4 cup) warm milk 2. 5g (1 tsp) sugar 3. 5g (1 1/2 tsp) instant dried yeast (B) Dough:- 1. 220g (1 1/2 cup) bread flour 2. 15g (1 tbsp) sugar 3. 1/2 tsp salt 4. 25g (1/8 cup full) soften butter (C) Garlic mixture:- 1. 20g (1/8 cup) butter 2. 30g (1/4 cup full) garlic (finely chopped) 3. A pinch of salt 4. A pinch of brown sugar 5. Sprinkles of black pepper 6. Sprinkles of dried basil leaves (D) 1. 5g (1/2 tbsp) parmesan cheese powder 2. 60g (1/2 cup full) Mozzarella cheese Bake in a PREHEATED oven at temperature 175°C~185°C for 15 minutes. Turn to the bottom heat only, for the last 5 mins. Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven, please adjust accordingly.
