Description: Steak Frites - this is a delicious bistro eat that you can easily cook at home. The Steak & Fries with the mushroom cream sauce are too good to pass, but you can make this easier if you want to skip the cream sauce and just sauté your mushrooms without it. Steak and Fries are perfect for any dinner or date :) Follow my Instagram- instagram.com/BenjiManTV Steak Fries Ingredients Ribeye Steak French Fries- frozen is preferred and easiest Cooking Oil- Duck Fat is what I used, but Canola works as well Mushrooms- 2 Cups Shallots- 1 Medium Minced Soy Sauce- just a splash added while sautéing mushrooms Cream- Half a Cup (check on amount depending on how creamy you want it) Beef Stock- 1 cup Cognac (any Brandy)- 1 Shot Clarified Butter- Regular Butter is fine, I use clarified butter for cooking because of high smoke point.
