Description: OK, I don't want to sound dramatic but this is maybe, probably, definitely one of my favorite videos of all time! As you guys know we've been flipping a bunch of houses this year and we've realized that homes that are fully staged a.) sell way faster and b.) usually get higher offers. But the issue is we're not gazillionaires with tons of money to spend on furniture, so I thought it would be fun to stage part of our next flip project (the Shutter House) using ONLY furniture I bought on Facebook Marketplace and upcycled. This room turned out so much better than I even thought possible, thanks to some amazing deals and 700 cans of spray paint, lol. I also hit up Goodwill to nab some extra decor items, because why not?!?!? I'm lowkey obsessed with FB Marketplace now...can't stop won't stop.
