Description: This was one tense situation. Driver broke down in the middle of road construction where traffic merges onto the interstate which has been funneled down to one lane. It was a semi truck pulling a loaded refrigerated trailer and the rear drive axle gears broken on him. What could have been a simple tow, turned into a mess.
