Description: Amazing video of a spider wasp working spider nests until a spider is chased out and caught by the wasp. This video is at the local gym where normally Redback spiders live but it seems Back House spiders are in huge numbers there. Seeing a wasp catch a spider is a fairly rare event, it happens fast and the first sign to be there was trouble was seeing the spiders scurrying out of their spider nests as the wasp was hunting for a spider. I have slowed the video up and gone in closer to study the way the wasp works, it's incredible to witness. And the next day in the same area I find a spider mystery of many dead spiders in the area the wasp was working. But did the wasp also cause these spider deaths?
