The platform’s innovative features include our fastest ever AI Engine for mobile, the world’s first 10 Gigabit 5G modem-RF solution, an 18-bit ISP, and immersive sound, among others. Industry leaders from the mobile ecosystem joined us at the Snapdragon Tech Summit, in person and virtually. Xiaomi Co-founder and CEO Lei Jun spoke about his company’s long partnership with Qualcomm and revealed the new Xiaomi 12 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Google SVP Hiroshi Lockheimer walked the crowd through the premium Android experiences enabled by Snapdragon. And to give everyone an idea of how fast 5G mmWave is, Verizon EVP of Global Networks and CTO Kyle Malady conducted the world's 1st 8K HDR video call with Cristiano on a Snapdragon-powered smartphone from NJ to Hawaii. Leaders from Leica, ESL Gaming, and Amazon Music also joined us at the Snapdragon Tech Summit to discuss how they’re working with Snapdragon to deliver premium mobile experiences.
