Description: During a heady thunderstorm, the cap on a flooded storm sewer pipe in downtown St. Louis was blown off by the high pressure. Tall geysers of water erupted from the sidewalk. Later, lightning strikes a tower in Brentwood neighborhood (dash cam and digital still captured).
