Description: Family: 0:00 Fitness: 2:13 Fishing: 11:38 Team UFpwrLifters, giving these videos a thumbs up is so much appreciated as are your comments and dialogue below. You all motivate me to stay on top of this stuff as I try to grow my gym community by spreading positive vibes through meaningful interactions at the gym and in the comments section. White color captions: information I want viewers to know. Amount of weights, my thoughts and anything not verbally communicated during the video. Blue color captions: always will be me. word for word what I’m saying to the other person. Orange color captions: usually word for word what the other person is saying to me. Orange and Blue: go Gators 🐊. If multiple people, I will add colors. I also keep it clean (no profanity) on my channel as I have a lot of younger viewers, including my kids and nephews! Re title: You'll have to tell me if what she was doing was hard. It was a lot of weight imo and it was cool watching her progress throughout the workout. Almost 300lbs!! I feel like these interactions with other gym goers is contagious in a very positive way. I love what's happening at my gym and would encourage you all to reach out and connect to a stranger today. FYI - squats and accessories taken and I didn't feel like inclining or DB pressing so it was a shorter session (leaving more time for a quicker upload?). Feedback request: -was the interaction with "her" awkward? I did not intend to speak to her twice, but was inspired to after seeing her put 295 on the bar! Anything I could've done different or better? -should I have squatted down to talk to her during the first interaction? She never stood up (since I interrupted her between sets). -thoughts on 5x5 vs pyramid type of rep scheme like mine? I like to lift heavy so it makes sense that I am biased towards pyramid schemes. -have you hit the LIKE button? 😇 Please share in the comments section about the feedback I requested above to keep this a helpful and engaging community. I appreciate you being here and I look forward to making more videos for you in 2021!
