Description: This field recording of "Along our Way" is the 2nd of 4 new live performances we captured as part of "The Lake Wenatchee Sessions" here in Washington State. Although not one of my more popular tunes, I’ve always loved the message, simple trancelike guitar pattern & light floating melodies of the song. I gotta give props to Gibson Guitars on this beautifully tough Hummingbird & it’s ability to withstand the very cold temperatures & environments I put it through (not the best idea for acoustic instruments.. I know). I never had to retune it once during this shoot while out in the snowy mountains around Lake Wenatchee and that is very impressive to me. “Along Our Way” was originally released on the album Shadows in 2012.
