It’s the best because it’s a truly addictive series that propels fans into a bold new world of magic, love and adventure. It’s the worst because it’s only eight episodes so far and we have no idea when season two is coming. Now that the long long wait for more Shadow and Bone has begun. All we have to do now is look back over the finale and try to figure out what’s next. Where will Shadow and Bone go from here? When last we left Alina and Mal, they had finally proclaimed their love for each other. This was an adorable moment that was their entire lifetime in the making. Unfortunately it was followed by the reveal that General Kirigan, the Darkling and the Black Heretic himself, was still alive and now in control of his own army of Volcra. This means that there’s likely going to be a whole new conflict to take our favorite couple out of their happy new life. Luckily, I bet things are going much better for the Crows. The criminal team fared pretty well in the first season, especially considering the fact that they shouldn’t have been in the story at all. It seems quite likely that Kaz, Inej and Jasper will get themselves involved with helping the unlikely romance between Nina and Matthias. So let’s explore the finale of Shadow and Bone!
