Description: Sedition Law: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राजद्रोह कानून पर फिलहाल रोक लगा दी है. शीर्ष अदालत ने केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों को कहा है कि जब तक IPC की धारा 124-ए की पुनर्विचार प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं हो जाती, राजद्रोह के नए केस दर्ज ना हो. कोर्ट ने पहले से दर्ज मामलों में भी कार्रवाई पर रोक लगा दी है. कोर्ट ने साथ ही कहा कि इस दौरान केंद्र सरकार राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों को दिशानिर्देश दे सकती है. वहीं, राजद्रोह के आरोप में जेल में बंद आरोपी भी जमानत के लिए अपील कर सकते हैं. #SupremeCourt #Seditionlaw #SeditionCaseUpdates खबर है तो दिखेगी...
