Description: Hello and welcome back to this cute little elephant time-lapse polymer clay sculpting demonstration video series! In this video I finish this elephants tail, form the toes, and begin the texturing process. I chose to break up the texturing into 2 videos so this way I am able to show more. The first part of texturing I make heavy gouges into the clay with a tool carefully following the ceramic elephant statue I've been using all along. It doesn't seem like I'm doing much here, but once I come back in the following video and soften things up by adding finer details this should look a LOT better! I was using it to film the tail and I found auto focus to be more troublesome than it is useful. I'll be making an effort to check these settings every sculpting session. (it's not terrible prior to 4:40 all I'm saying is it's far better afterwords lol)
