I mentioned to my friend that I wanted him to have the first opportunity to buy it, and he came up with the cash sooner than expected. As a car guy, it hurt me worse to see the car parked at the end of the driveway collecting dust, especially after all of the memories we had together. It was time to let someone else enjoy it and make memories of their own. If there is one takeaway from my experience on YouTube, it's that it's not so much about the physical car itself, but the people that I've met and the memories I've made along the way. And I've already got the photos, videos and memories that will last a life time. Editing the old footage to make the end montage, it was crazy to see how much I've grown in just 5 years and how much my life has changed. Moving out of my parent's house, getting married, reaching 100k subs, buying our first home. It's a reminder that this isn't the end, but simply another marker on the timeline.
