This episode was filmed in 03 / 2021. — Hey, my name is Nike and I bought an aluminum 37 foot sailboat in Panama in 2013 that I named KARL. I spent a good year refitting it, mostly by myself and with the help of awesome friends, and then (mostly) solo sailed my sailboat around the western Caribbean. In 2016, I crossed the Panama Canal, had a major engine break down, a near sinking experience and a serious foot injury which got me stuck along the Pacific coast of Central and South America. In this Episode, my friend Paul on SV Hierbabuena and I get caught by a very early storm in the season and our friend Maria`s saiboat Joana goes for a walkabout. Luckily, we don`t have to call her up and tell her that her boat ended up on the shallows but manage to jump on board and save her last minute. Also, I am taking measurment for my new main and storm sail. Thank you, Precision Sail for making new canvas for my good old Karl. I cacnnot wait to see him in his new white dress.
