Description: The One Punch Man. Saitama is the strongest superhero in his world and possibly in all of anime. He didn't get the way he is like other shonen heroes though. He didn't climb mountains while strapped to a bolder or swim around the world. He didn't train under some eccentric master martial artist that made him break trees with his head. The One Punch Man workout simply consists of 4 things. 100 Pushups. 100 Sit Ups. 100 Squats. and a 10 Kilometer Jog. I've decided to take up this workout for the next 100 days and here I am on day 21 posting this video. Time to get fit with the one punch workout!
