Description: ENG Translation here: RAW CODE (9th episode Raw Workout TV) Basically, it´s about informations that Adam acquired during last 13 years being really into workout and nutrition. 1. DON´T USE STIMULANTS I don´t use them myself now. Thus, I don´t recommend them either. That said, I have been using them but I consider it as a mistake. When you train on stimulants, your body creates fight or flight response and therefore you just drain your body. Energy boost is just temporary. Their usage is just a weakness. I don´t recommend neither pre-workout supplements nor coffee or green tea. They are not worth it due to its negative impact on one´s health (e.g. demineralisation, kidneys problems). “True strength is something achieved without stimulants.” 2. VEGANS and VEGETARIANS I would never be a vegan once again. I truly respect vegans for their moral conviction. However, though, I don´t recommend it. I have been a vegan for 1,5 year. About vegetarians, that´s a different story. I don´t see any obstacles to be one if you want. However, I assume that vegetarians should rather consume raw dairy. Not pasteurised. 3. WHOLE, untouched, FOOD “If man made it, don´t eat it." Beware of most suplements. I worked in this field and I can tell you, I wouldn´t touch 95% of this stuff. 4. SWEETS - cut them out Easy as that. You are not five year old kid anymore. Sugar is bad and bad only. Cut all the sugar out from your diet. It´s toxic. It disrupts the body bio-chemistry. The sugar harms kidneys. On top of that, it is addictive. Due to that, it changes your character. Changes who you are bucause you develop a habit. You basically can´t exist without a sugar. Replace sugar with honey, it´s a whole food full of vitamins that doesn´t harm your body nor psyche. 5. RAW, uncooked, FOOD At least 50% of your meals shall not be cooked so that they retain optimal micronutrients values. 6. RAW WORKOUT - DON´T IGNORE LEGS!(!!) Train your entire body. Work on your weak points. Don´t forget to train your legs. You are just as strong as your weakest point. 7. NO STEROIDS or other hormones!(!!) I have never experienced steroids or other drugs. And I am not willing to either. Usually, they do have awfull side effects. I have deeply studied the nutrition, though. Thus, I have experienced significant results. 8. EGO You shall go to the competition in order to be with the community, not so that you can show up. “Workout is not about being better than someone else, it´s about being better than you were yesterday.” 9. HELP AND RESPECT towards beginners Your strength is worth a shit when you don´t use it to help beginners. The more skilled you are, the more help should you provide. 10. WORKOUTS SHALL BE PLANNED Split your workouts into HARD and “EASY”. When you have a HARD training on day A, the upcoming training session (day B) you shall have “EASY” workout. This is a key to your progress. Don´t forget about strength training (1-5 reps). You are about to benefit from it. Last but not least, as always, health shall be your very first priority.
