Description: Rare Sunday Train With All 3 Matching Red & Black Locomotives On Short Line Railroad Cincinnati Eastern Railroad CCET. This is a Norfolk Southern Railroad branch line that runs east of Cincinnati on old Norfolk & Western Railway tracks. Trains don't run on Sunday nights very often. They were running eastbound to work Winchester Ag in Winchester, Ohio. They also had other work to do. They were taking only 2 cars out but when they return they will have more cars. I think they were headed to the quarry at Plum Run to pick up some rock cars. Its rare to see all 3 of their matching locomotives on the same train although I do have another video of all of them working an industrial spur near Batavia, Ohio. This video shows the train at a few railroad crossings between Mount Orab, Ohio and Sardinia, Ohio. I didn't look close at the railcars as the train passed but after watching my video I see that the hopper car is a rock car that will be loaded at the quarry. These cars never leave this branch line. They are CCET cars that are only used for the rock shuttles that run between Plum Run and Milford, Ohio. On this night they worked all the way up to 11:30pm but I didn't film the switching action since it is too dark. I get a lot of people asking what kind of radios that I use and this video shows one of them. Its just a cheap $30 hand held Baofeng UV6R. Not much of a video for today but it is interesting since it is a Sunday, at night and with all 3 matching locomotives. Filmed after 8pm on March 27, 2022CE. Thanks for watching!
