I picked her up and she wanted me to change the destination and cancel the ride after. She though I wouldn't notice it. If you take a regular cab company it's usually $12 and she wanted to pay $12 not the uber surge price so that's why she cancelled the ride. Children less than 4 years old must be restrained in a child safety seat that meets Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 213. Children less than 4 years old who weigh more than 40 pounds may be restrained in a booster seat with a combination lap and shoulder belt. Uber doesn’t provide any car seat 💺.
