Description: Funky good times on my fretless Cortex bass with some fun spacey grooves with delay, double stops, slides and other cool things you can do with a fretless :) Had a blast writing and recording it! This Cortex bass is loaded with a Nordstrand Dual Coil pickup and Glockenklang preamp. I’m using Ernie Ball Cobalt Slinky strings and recorded the signal with the DI of my Eich T-1000 amp straight into my Focusrite Audio interface. I used a Walrus Audio D1 Delay, a Rodenberg 707b booster and a Darkglass Hyper Luminal compressor. I made the drums in Cubase with Addictive Drums, mastering was done with Ozone 4.
