A: I currently don't feel animation memes are shown in a good light. While I believe it to be based on a popular song, it seems many think the key to a good animation meme is copying movement etc. Spin-offs are the "animation memes" of the flipnote world, except it isn't as friendly when one copies another, leading to original content inspired but not copied from the previous user. Maybe it's silly, maybe not, but I want people to see this video and be able to feel like they can differentiate themselves as well if they want to, starting with the term "spinimation." Q: Can I make an animation meme/spinimation out of this? A: Yes and no. Please don't copy my work if you can help it. Half the work that goes into animation is derived from brainstorming ideas for the animation, and a lot of the stuff you see will lose all meaning because it is specific to my own stories and characters. You're welcome to spin it off though, meaning either be inspired and make your own or make a completely original one with the song in mind. You don't really need to credit me for that though, because then you did all of the hard work!! :) Q: How long did this take? A: I don't have the exact numbers because I switched computers, but about 5 months, with some leeway between. Q: What program/tablet do you use? A: For programs, I use TVPaint and Sony Vegas.
