Description: In this video I show you a glimpse of what could very well be the best texting video you've seen in a while. Between the calming narration and the stunning 4k video quality, this video will draw you right in. At first I just clean up the cuts I made from the last video, technically bringing it close to the original sculpture's details. But I mentioned in the last video that I wanted to try to take it further than what the original artist did, and did just that! The style of texturing I used changed all throughout the video, but it's the last example I did that's really going to enable people to texture the elephant. All the sculpting is done for this elephant project! I do hope you enjoy this video, sorry for it taking a month to get it to you... the editing I do can sometimes be as "extensive" as my attention to detail allows. Fun fact: every time the tool strikes the clay it's a individual scene! And there are easily 1500 pieces of video making up this video. For those of you new to these videos, this is a polymer clay sculpting visual demonstration mostly played in time lapse, so you can watch the making of this elephant in only a fraction of the actual time. I make huge efforts on trying to show you what's important while also cutting out the inactive scenes not needed. Polymer clay is a oven hardened clay that will stay soft forever so long as you don't set it on paper or anything else porous as that will draw out the oils from the clay making it seem dry and crumbly. When you are done sculpting with this clay you can then choose to bake it to make it hard permanently!
