Description: A clearing operation along Payatas Road, which resulted in the towing of several vehicles for illegal parking. Illegally parked vehicles add to congestion and traffic. And vehicles parked on the sidewalk are forcing pedestrians and commuters to walk in the road, where they risk being hit by passing vehicles, and even contribute to traffic. The MMDA also impounded those vehicles being operated by drivers without a drivers license.
