The codes P0301 and P0171 was present before oxygen sensor replacement. After replacement, the same code came up. P0301 Misfire at cylinder #1. P0171 Lean condition Removed #1 fuel injector and tested the resistance. It had high resistance and determined that it was bad. Replaced the injector and it fixed the problem.
