Description: Owner dropped off a skeleton dog in a shelter, claiming he had found him in a park. A skeleton Boxer dog arrived at New York City Animal Care Center, did not have the energy to walk. Rescuers sprung into action to save the dog’s life. The dog weighed only 25 pounds. Anthony Esteves allegedly pretended he was an animal rescue, telling the animal shelter that he had found the severely emaciated Boxer in a field. But, later the owner had admitted that he brought the dog to the shelter because he did not want the dog to die in his bedroom. Esteves has been charged with aggravated animal cruelty, that he failed to provide the basic necessities required to maintain the animal’s health . Adopted a boxer rescue came and took the dog , within 30 minute of being contacted by the shelter. They rushed him to the vet and provided a medical care, foster care while the case was gone to the court. Four days after , the dog was well enough to go to his foster home with DR, Amy . Brewster the dog, will take sometimes to reach the healthy weight. It didn’t take long time to find his forever home .
