Description: What you will need: 12-13 Oreo cookies 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup corn starch 7g Agar Agar 5 cups milk 4 tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp strawberry essence Pink food colour 4 tbsp cocoa mixture Procedure: Crush the Oreo cookies to small pieces In a pan, mix sugar, corn starch, agar agar, milk, and boil well till it thickens Add butter and vanilla essence to the milk mixture and mix well Transfer half of the prepared mixture to a separate bowl and add strawberry essence, 3-4 drops of pink food colour and mix Fill half a glass cup with the strawberry mixture prepared and refrigerate for an hour Mix cocoa powder and 1/2 cup water in a separate bowl and add the remaining portion of mixture prepared earlier Add crushed Oreos on top of the refrigerated strawberry layer Add the prepared chocolate mixture on top of the crushed Oreos Refrigerate for an hour Place the glass cup upside down on a plate; tap and remove the cup such that the pudding remains on the plate Dust with cocoa powder and add Oreos for toppings & enjoy!
