Salmon, cut into 1” cubes 1 lb. Bowtie Pasta (farfalle) 3 cloves Garlic, crushed 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 quart Fresh Tomato Sauce, *see link for recipe - youtu.be/TCxU9V5f7P0 1-cup (1/2 pint) Heavy cream Salt, to taste Black Pepper, to taste 2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped • Add salt to boiling water and then add pasta, stirring occasionally. • In a large sauté pan, add the 3 cloves of crushed garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Cook until garlic begins to sizzle • Add the fresh tomato sauce and season with salt and black pepper. Stir to combine • When sauce begins to boil, add 1-cup heavy cream and stir to combine. Let it return to a light boil • Add salmon and stir gently. Cover and let steam in sauce for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
