Description: Goodbye 2020. It’s been a year nobody ever expected to experience and a year of the unknown. Just as I’ve done for a few years now, I filmed one second of every day in 2020 - it allows me to reflect on the year and have something to look back on, but to also notice that in every day there's a little bit of joy in the dark days 🤍 Sending love to all, and anything you achieved on top of surviving this year is worth celebrating. A few stand out moments for me include buying a house with Tom and making it our home, becoming an Auntie, and launching my small business; Rupert & Rose ✨ This year really showed us the importance of togetherness whether that be a walk, a call, a message, a zoom, or spending time with your bubble - I’m just so grateful to everyone in my little world. Please take care, keep going, and look after one another 🤍 Thank you so much to our NHS staff and all hospital workers, to all key workers and to everyone who worked tirelessly on the vaccine. Just as a disclaimer - the first months of lockdown were spent with Tom at his family home - I’d moved out of my rented house and we hadn’t yet been able to move in to our home after completing the sale. We decided to stay at his family home as it was near to our new home so we could work on it. I was living out of packed boxes with most of my stuff in storage hence the same outfits throughout this video! 🙈 Rupert went on holiday at my parents house which they all loved. As soon as we were able to move in to our new home we did, Rupert included! I complied with the tier 1 rules Suffolk was in, met with family and friends in groups of 6 or less, and took each day as it came!
