Description: No churn mango swirl ice cream is smooth and silky....melt-in-the-mouth texture! Patterned ice cream with lovely swirls of real mango. Ditch going to ice cream parlors, put together this designer ice cream at home. #icecream, #holi, #nochurn, Ingredients: ( 8 servings) Full cream milk 2 cup/ 1/2 liter Sugar 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (as per taste) Sweetened mango pulp 3/4 cup (adjust sugar quantity if using home made pulp) Whipping cream 2 cup Chopped pistachios ( 2 tbsp)( optional) Tips: 1. You may use 1 cup milk + 1/4 cup milk powder as a replacement of 2 cup milk. 2. You may use sweetened condensed milk (3/4 cup or as per taste) in place of 2 cup milk and sugar. This would make the recipe a no cook version. 3. You may add 1 tsp vanilla essence. I prefer not to add as store bought pulp is very aromatic by itself. 4. I set the ice cream in 4 layers. You may increase or decrease the number of layers. Distribute ingredients accordingly. 5. You may serve ice cream with a garnish of mango pulp and chopped dry fruit of choice. 6. Chill bowl, beaters and cream before whipping. 7. In hot weather, use an ice bath to whip cream. 8. If home made mango pulp is too liquidy then cook it for a bit to thicken. 9. You may set ice cream in small transparent containers for individual serving.
