Description: Another lawsuit / complaint has been filed against Activision Blizzard and this time it is coming from New York City. This complaint states CEO Bobby Kotick should have never been entrusted or was fit to negotiate a deal with Microsoft during the height of the ongoing investigations. The complain also lambasted the Board for allowing things to go on in an effort to absolve all problems once the merge were to happen.
