Description: Link to my website article: benchworks.be/en/workshop/workshop-insulating-drywalling Insulating the walls with spelt straw from our farm, I had to "invent" this technique to combine standard framing construction with straw insulation. The insulation is a little over 18cm thick, all natural and not emitting any chemical substances inside. After one winter and summer in the shop I can tell it works pretty well. Stays cool in the summer and is easily heated with a small wood stove.
