The Hassanabad bridge—a part of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has collapsed, unable to withstand the flash flood caused by melting ice of the Shishper glacier. The bridge was located in Hunza Tehsil of Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK).
