Over my years of fishing in PA, I have caught about half a dozen Common Carp on artificial lures -- the majority of them from Canals and Creeks (places with flow). ❌...When Rivers and Creeks are raging, NEVER wade in unknown territory. Stick to areas that are known to you. If you can't see bottom, don't attempt to wade it. To top it off, only cross or wade them at tailouts and/or wide and shallow zones.
