Description: An amazing dawat platter - "Muthi Dum Kabab with Masala Stuffed Green Chilies". #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: bit.ly/38qeOVG Visit Our Website: foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: foodfusion.com/app Facebook: facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids' special recipes. 00:00 Muthi Dum Kabab 00:19 Prepare Masala bhari mirch 01:10 Prepare Muthi dum kabab 02:09 Prepare Gravy 03:43 Aray waah Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Masala Bhari Mirch: -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Amchor powder (Dried mango powder) 1 tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tbs -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tbs -Lemon juice 2 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) whole 250g -Cooking oil 2 tbs Prepare Muthi Dum Kabab: -Boneless chicken cubes 750g -Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium -Hari mirch (Green chillies) whole 4-5 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful -Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -Lemon juice 1 tbs -Cooking oil ½ Cup -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 3 large -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Meethi (Fenugreek leaves) chopped 3 tbs -Water ¼ Cup or as required -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 2-3 -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced Directions: Prepare Masala Bhari Mirch: -In a bowl,add cumin seeds,red chilli powder,dried mango powder,salt,coriander seeds,garlic paste, lemon juice & mix well. -Slit green chillies from the center with the help of knife and deseed them. -Now stuffed green chillies with prepared spice mix. -In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry stuffed chillies on medium flame from all sides until golden brown. Prepare Muthi Dum Kabab: -In a chopper,add chicken,onion,green chillies,fresh coriander,gram flour,Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander seeds,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed & lemon juice,chop until well combined & refrigerate for 30 minutes. -Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture & make kababs by pressing in fist (makes 23-25). -In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry kababs on medium flame from both sides until light golden (turn sides in between),take out kababs & set aside. -Now take out excess oil from wok (reserve it for later use) & left only 1-2 tbs of cooking oil in a wok. -Add onion & fry until light golden. -Add tomatoes,mix well & cook until tomatoes are soft (2-3 minutes). -Let it cool. -In blender jug,add cooked tomatoes & onion mixture,blend well & set aside. -In a frying pan,add reserved cooking oil,ginger garlic paste,blended paste,mix well & cook for 2 minutes. -Add salt,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add fenugreek leaves,mix well & cook until oil separates. -Add water & mix well. -Add fried muthi kababs,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then turn sides gently. -Add green chillies,cover & simmer on low flame until oil separates (3-4 minutes). -Garnish with green chilli. -Serve muthi dum kabab with masala bhari mirchen,rice & salad.
