Whenever i made bacon in the microwave it also created a splatter mess and had to be cleaned , but this way is perfect. No mess, and no cleanup. Just put the bacon inside folded over parchment paper, cook for 2 minutes and ta da... perfect crispy microwave bacon.. and easy cleanup .
