Description: So after the peekaboo fun (see prior upload) Pabu & Dory went out to meet some new faces! However it was extremely hot, much hotter then expected so Pabu was not keen on flying.... at all... lol - We had a photo shoot for the birds at lunchtime for some artists wanting to paint the birds but a few of us decided to meet beforehand for catch ups, Pabu went home after this as it was just too hot for him and if he was to go to the next location it would result in him being cranky and snappy (i dont blame him, the heat makes me off too) and low and behold... kyran refused to come out as well due to the heat! Haha - We were blessed though with our friends (kyrans owner) new addition to the family baby curly! His mum had given birth to triplets but all x3 died in process leaving curly alone, he was going to be put down by the breeder but my friend stepped in and now he should be a regular in vids 😂😍🙌 - Pabu hates goats, as you may have seen in my property uploads, we have the same breed of goat and Pabu haaaates them, i thought because curly is so small he would be ok but thats a no lol Once at our friends house we let the birds fly off the deck, however most refused to leave due to the heat, so we ended up hanging out in the aviary as it was cooler, not to mention just amazing set up! Lisa came along! And she had a blast flying up and exploring. - The photo shoot was moved inside due to the heat (had i of known id have brought pab pab!) so we just waited in the aviary until it was the next birds turn, Dory was not the best supermodel as she was super bouncy and would not sit still, the others were amazing though. - Pascal is the hahns macaw i hand reared (in prior uploads) who now lives with mowgli & maui’s owner, he was meant to free fly however it turns out he has depth perception issues (from egg) so he flies like a bumble bee lol - Dory is still obsessed with black cockatoos and kevin was less of a jerk today, again i think because the heat slowed everyone down, even though the skies looked clear and blue a storm was rolling in so if you can imagine it was that sickly sticky heat 🤢 - It’s almost midnight and im falling asleep but i think ive covered the main points, if i remember anything else ill add it in the morning.
