Description: Check out Butcher Box! bchrbox.co/OurTribeofManyBB Paprika Chicken - 1/4 of what I made basically 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1/4 cup butter 4 cloves garlic 1 cup vegetable (I used peas - mushrooms are better) 1 cup broth 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup cream cheese fresh spinach - lots! Season chicken and brown in the butter. Remove chicken and cook garlic and mushrooms (peas) in the remaining butter until cooked. Add broth, cream, cream cheese and cook until sauce starts to thicken. Add chicken back to the mixture and bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. Baked Spaghetti - We added 2 eggs, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and 1/4 cup butter to each pound of pasta we used. The white sauce was made with 2 eggs, 14 ounces of cottage 8 ounces of cream cheese (and we accidentally added fresh mozerella cheese!)
