Being born in 1982, I remember being a kid and seeing all the awe-inspiring things the vehicles in this show could perform. Cars that fly, laser guns, radar, x-ray vision, you name it. It was simply awesome! The show MASK, much like He-Man and Transformers was so popular that many of the toys are familiar with people from my generation. The leader of the M.A.S.K. vigilante force was called Matt Trakker, and he drove an amazingly cool 1985 Chevrolet Camaro IROC Z28. Proline Racing has just released that exact body for no prep RC drag racing, and I know immediately that I wanted to replicate the Thunder Hawk, as the car from the cartoon is named.
