Description: Here's an old video I found where I make a really quick and easy (and yummy!) dessert. For some reason I never posted it but now that I've forgotten why, it's time to share it with you guys! This is called mango graham float, but you can definitely substitute any other fruit you like. Let's get to it! MANGO GRAHAM FLOAT 2 Tbsp butter (salted or unsalted, depends if you like sweet & salty desserts) 1/2 Mango Graham crackers 1 Cup thickened cream 1 Tbsp condensed milk Peel and slice the mango. I like to do a combination of thin and wide slices, and some diced bits to top off the dessert. Set aside. Melt the butter in a pan. You can also melt it in a microwave. Place your graham crackers inside a ziplock bag, take out the air, and then lightly roll over a rolling pin to crush it. Place into a bowl afterwards and add in the melted butter, and then mix until incorporated. Scoop your graham crust mixture into your container of choice, and pack into place using the end of a rolling pin. It's up to you how wide a container you want to use. Obviously the wider it is, the more ingredients you'll need to use to cover the area (just multiply the recipe as needed). Glass cups are great for making single-serves. Whisk the cream in a bowl until thick but still runny. Add in the condensed milk and lightly mix or fold in to incorporate. Add a layer of cream on top of the graham crust. Place it in the freezer for 5 min to allow the cream mixture to harden a bit. You'd want to do this so that your fruit bits won't sink too much. Layer on your fruit bits. And then add another layer of graham, and then some more cream - rinse and repeat. Top it off with a final layer of mangoes (use the diced bits if you made some). FRUIT OPTIONS In this video I just used fresh mangoes, and quickly showed at the end the same dessert but with homemade strawberry and blueberry jams instead. You can also make a really nice peach mango jam to substitute as well. Just make sure to allow the jams to cool before layering them on.
