Description: After years of using palm routers in cutting holes on subwoofer enclosures, I finally acquired the best circle cutting tools to do such job, the Makita RP0900 plunge router and a Chinese-made circle cutting jig, yes, a copy of the iconic Jasper jigs. Made of high quality hard acrylic and the cost is just as half as of the original Jasper jigs. If you want precision hole cutting every time, then watch this video and read the description. These two seems like they are made for each other because they both work flawlessly. Cutting perfect precision different sized circles every time from 2.25" up to 18" circle diameter. I already have a couple of Makita palm routers and jigged with an aluminum screw-adjustable circle cutting jigs, to my dismay, I will be needing a hand drill in order to drill a pilot hole for the center pin. An additional task every time just to cut a hole on plywood or MDF projects. And cutting the first plunge is not that buttery smooth. I have to carefully and meticulously lower the palm router in order to cut its way. Not to mention the unstable aluminum jig, producing uneven cuts. This time, I am so glad I finally invested on these fine tools. So watch the unboxing and demo and please let me know what you think down in the comment section.
