Description: Christine shows you how to make the salmon crudo on the menu at her restaurant, Xin Chào, using the new Arka salmon @arkasalmon from Multi-x. Here’s the recipe to feed two so you, too, can make it at home: For the vinaigrette, you’ll need: 2 tbsp orange juice 1.5 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp soy sauce 2.5 tsp neutral oil 1/2 tbsp grated ginger 1 dash sherry vinegar For the crudo: Thinly sliced cucumber rounds 1/4 lb Multi-x Arka salmon filet, skinned & thinly sliced For garnishing: Finishing salt Black sesame seeds Wasabi tobiko Micro-herbs Whisk together all the ingredients for the vinaigrette. To serve, arrange cucumber slices overlapping inside a shallow bowl in a circle. Arrange the Multi-x Arka salmon pieces on top of the cucumber. Sprinkle with finishing salt and Sesame seeds.
