The health benefits are endless and it's not that difficult to make. You can definitely alter the ingredients to your liking to make it your own. But in the meantime, here's my recipe: G R E E N J U I C E: - 2 Bunches of curly kale - 2 Apples (I like Granny Smith and Honey Crisp) - 6-8 Small to medium sized carrots - Half a lemon - 2" "knob" of ginger Bonus: Pineapple isn't necessary of course but I love to add it.
