Description: The first episode of this series showed our heavily treed 4.5 acre property in the Atherton Tablelands - Australia. We had a number of trees removed where we want to build. Now we have the timber we hope to use some of it for building with and as many projects as we can with it. Most of the timber is Grey Box (Hardwood) or it's other names - Gum-topped Box, Eucalyptus Microcarpa, Eucalyptus Woollsiana, Eucalyptus Hemiphloia and perhaps others. This Grey Box is tough stuff! Grey box is used for heavy construction, flooring, round timber wharfage, sleepers and shipbuilding. In this video I decided to make a fire side bench seat. A really simple build using basic tools. I hope you enjoy the video. Regards Scott
